We try to make our hire process as simple and smooth as possible. However we understand, you may have questions to be answered. Here are some of the most common ones below
With over 12 years experience building welfare cabins and toilets for the construction industry, our manufacturer and associated company Boss Cabins is an expert in the design and build of secure anti-vandal site accommodation. Our sleeper units have been designed to the highest specification and built with the best quality materials with lots of extra touches that add a touch of luxurious comfort and make them a real home-away-from-home on site.
Our sleep cabins are designed to house two people and are equipped with two private separate single bedrooms, a communal kitchen and food preparation area and a large sealed shower room.
No mains services, no problem! We can also supply all the ancillary services you need to make your sleep cabins function perfectly wherever it is located. Water bowsers, effluent tanks and generator sets. Several cabins can be connected to each item.
There are connections on the sleep cabin exterior for incoming electricity, incoming water and outgoing toilet waste and sink/bathroom fluid waste.
The sleeper unit needs an incoming water pressure of 2-4 bar.
The sleep cabin can be connected to a mains electricity supply via the single phase 230Volt 63Amp inlet on the rear of the cabin. If mains electricity is not available, we can supply generators or solar-assisted generator sets that the sleep cabins can connect to.
There are two waste pipes from the cabin, a 110mm diameter pipe for toilet waste and a 40mm pipe for water waste from the sinks and shower. These feed either into a mains waste outlet or we can supply effluent tanks to capture all the toilet and water waste. These will need to be emptied on a regular basis depending on how many cabins are connected to the tank and how much waste is produced./p>
You can take our sleeper pods for as long as you like – just one day if you wish. However, all hires are subject to a minimum hire charge period of 4 weeks.
We can supply sleep cabins all over the UK from a number of depots. Ask for a transport quote to see how much delivery will cost to your site.
The sleep pods have forklift pockets so can easily be lifted and moved around with forklift trucks. They also have low level lifting eyes to connect chains or straps for lifting by crane. Chain guards on the top rail keep lifting straps/chains in the correct position for safe lifting and stainless steel chain protection guards along the top rim protect the cabin from damage from chains/straps.
Two sleep units can fit on one lorry providing accommodation for four people.
Our sleeper cabins come provided with two high-quality memory-foam topped full size single mattresses.
Our optional Bedding Packs and Kitchen Packs include all you need to set your sleep unit up ready to go.
